FlowOne begins each engagement by helping physicians, nurses and staff to see their processes through the Value Stream perspective. Using the training in Lean concepts that we provide, as well as our experience in healthcare, FlowOne helps the team identify the sources of waste and frustration in their process and develop a future state vision. That vision—the Value Stream map—guides the change process.
