Changes to a clinic’s processes need to be supported by changes to its organizational structure. FlowOne has worked successfully to create Team Leader positions within client organizations to support and sustain process changes.

We further support new Team Leaders with additional training and professional development, as well as opportunities to share their experiences with others in similar roles.
